Anatomy of Job Interview
Q: Can my resume be more than 1 page?
A: This is one of the most common questions asked by someone writing a resume.
I hate to say it but neither of these is right or wrong.
The best advice I can give is, if you have enough important things that you can’t fit it on one page then go to two. If you can keep it to one, keep it to one. NEVER go beyond two for a general resume (There are special/rare exceptions to this rule, if you’re not sure, send me a question with a link to your resume.) Most recent college grads don’t have a big enough resume to spread it to two pages.
I am officially a performing career counseling!. That means that I can also help you write your resumes if you need it! I’m a Graduate Assistant for Career Services at Columbia College. A women’s liberal arts college in Columbia SC
